I agree that the registration fee is not refundable and EquestrAsian Sports Association of Maryland shall not be liable for any missed lessons or unforeseeable cancellations. I agree to release, waive and discharge EquestrAsian Sports Association of Maryland, its members, directors, staff and volunteers from any liability or responsibility of any accident, damage, injury, or illness to myself or any family member, guest accompanying me at horse riding facilities or stables. I agree not to bring any claims, demands, action and causes of action, and litigation against EquestrAsian Sports Association of Maryland.
